You can clean your jewellery at home with a special silver polishing cloth, but if you feel it’s time for a professional clean, we’ll be happy to provide that service.

Yes, provided the item has not been worn, is in its original condition, and the return is made within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

– As long as the piece has not been worn, you have the legal right to cancel your order and receive a refund, provided your parcel has not yet been dispatched.
– Once you’ve received your order, you have 14 days to return it. Before doing so, please contact us to discuss your specific case.
– You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are unable to refund postage or delivery fees.
– Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns on personalised pieces.
– We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during return shipping. We strongly recommend taking out full postal insurance for your return.
