These terms govern the purchase process for products offered through the website www.esmarats.com, managed by Esmarats Jewellery, NIF 47854946L, email hello@esmarats.com.
Access to and use of our website, as well as the purchase of any of our products, imply acceptance of these General Terms of Sale. If you do not agree with any part, we kindly ask you not to complete the order.
All our products are described clearly and accurately: materials, dimensions, and other relevant features. Images are for guidance only and may differ slightly from the actual product, especially as we work with handmade artisanal processes.
To buy, simply select the products, add them to your basket, and follow the indicated purchase process. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. If you detect any errors, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@esmarats.com before the product is shipped.
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT for purchases within Spain and the EU.
We accept several secure payment methods such as credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others that will be available depending on the chosen destination country. Payment data are processed through secure external gateways. We do not store any banking information.
We deliver to Spain, France, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Germany, Luxembourg, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, and Greece.
Shipping costs are itemised before finalising the order. In the event of an unforeseen delay, you will be notified by email.
As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. To exercise this right, email us at hello@esmarats.com and we will inform you of the procedure.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Once the return is received and verified, we will refund the corresponding amount within 14 days. Return costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.
Important: personalised, made-to-measure, or engraved jewellery cannot be returned.
We accept exchanges and returns within the same 14-day period. Please email us at hello@esmarats.com and we will provide instructions. Products must be in new condition and in their original packaging. If the product arrived defective or was damaged during transport, a photograph will be required to process the claim with the courier company.
All our products carry a legal warranty of 3 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Spanish and European legislation. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, impacts, wear, or lack of proper maintenance.

These General Terms are governed by Spanish legislation, in particular Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE), Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on the protection of consumers and users, and applicable European regulations on international sales and e-commerce.
